二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮对不孕症患者体内激素水平及促排卵后妊娠率的影响评价(1)

     【摘要】 目的：研究與评价二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮对不孕症患者体内激素水平及促排卵后妊娠率的影响。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年1月本院收治的60例不孕症患者为对象进行研究，根据不同治疗方案分为观察组与对照组，各30例。对照组单纯采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗，观察组在此基础上联合二甲双胍进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后雌二醇、黄体生成素、睾酮等激素水平以及排卵率、妊娠率等。结果：两组治疗前雌二醇、黄体生成素、睾酮等激素水平比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，观察组雌二醇、黄体生成素、睾酮等激素水平与对照组比较均显著改善，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排卵率为93.33%、妊娠率为60.00%均显著高于对照组66.67%、30.00%，差异均有统计学意义(字2=7.401 5，18.181 8，P=0.000)。结论：针对不孕患者能患者采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗的效果非常显著，即可有效改善其体内激素水平，还能促进患者排卵，并使其达到较高的妊娠率，值得临床应用推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To study and evaluate the effect of Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets on hormones levels and pregnancy rates after promoting ovulation in patients with infertility.Method：A total of 60 cases with infertility in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment plans，30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets，the observation group was treated with Metformin on the basis of the control group.The levels of estradiol，luteinizing hormone，testosterone，and ovulation rate and pregnancy rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result：There was no statistically significant in the levels of estradiol，luteinizing hormone and testosterone between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment，the ameliorative levels of estradiol，luteinizing hormone，testosterone in the observation group were better than those in the control group，the differents were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate in the observation group 93.33% and 60.00% were higher than those in the the control group 66.67% and 30.00%，the differents were statistically significant(字2=7.401 5，18.181 8；P=0.000).Conclusion：The effect of Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets is significant in treatment of patients with infertility，which can effectively improve the hormone levels，promote the ovulation of patients，and make it reach a higher pregnancy rate.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
