miR—493在骨肉瘤组织中表达及其临床意义(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討miR-493在骨肉瘤组织中表达情况及其表达与患者各临床参数之间的关系。方法：回顾性分析本院2012年1月-2016年7月的32例骨肉瘤组织标本和41例骨软骨瘤组织标本，骨软骨瘤标本作为对照，采用RT-PCR法检测标本中miR-493相对表达量。分析骨肉瘤标本及骨软骨瘤标本，分析转移组与未转移组，复发组与未复发组标本miR-493表达差异。以中位数为界分为miR-493高表达组与miR-493低表达组，分析骨肉瘤临床特征与miR-493表达的关系。结果：miR-493在骨肉瘤标本组中表达量低于骨软骨瘤组织(1.025±0.122 vs 2.369±0.255，P<0.05)，转移组表达量低于未转移组(0.768±0.132 vs 1.033±0.136，P<0.05)，恶性程度高组中表达量低于恶性程度低组(0.642±0.102 vs 0.967±0.0.095，P<0.05)。32例骨肉瘤组织miR-493表达量中位数为0.728(0.213，1.548)，患者年龄、性别和肿瘤侵袭部位与miR-493表达水平无相关性(P>0.05)。肿瘤越大、恶性程度越高、复发和发生转移的骨肉瘤标本miR-493表达相对较低。结论：miR-493在骨肉瘤组织呈现低表达，miR-493与骨肉瘤肿瘤越大、恶性程度越高、复发和发生转移密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the expression of miR-493 in osteosarcoma and the relationship between the expression and clinical parameters of osteosarcoma.Method：A total of 32 cases osteosarcoma specimens and 41 cases osteochondroma specimens in our hospital from January 2012 to July 2016 were analyzed retrospectively，osteochondroma specimens was control group.The expression of miR-493 was detected by RT-PCR analysis of specimens.ThemiR-493 expression differencees were analyzed between metastasis group and non-metastasis group，recurrence group and non-recurrence group of osteosarcoma specimens and osteochondroma specimens.The miR-493 high expression group and miR-493 low expression were analyzed the relationship between the expression of miR-493 and clinical features of osteosarcoma specimens.Result：The expression of miR-493 in osteosarcoma specimens group was lower than bone tissue chondroma (1.025±0.122 vs 2.369±0.255，P<0.05)， expression was lower than for the transfer of cases transferred group (0.768±0.132 vs 1.033±0.136)， the expression of high malignancy group was lower than that of low malignant group (0.642±0.102 vs 0.967±0.0.095，P<0.05).The median expression of miR-493 in 32 cases of osteosarcoma was 0.728 (0.213，1.548).There was no correlation between the age， sex and the location of tumor invasion and the expression level of miR-493(P>0.05).The higher the degree of malignancy，the higher the degree of malignancy，the higher the recurrence and metastasis of osteosarcoma，the lower the expression of miR-493.Conclusion：miR-493 is low expression in osteosarcoma，and miR-493 is closely related to bigger tumor size，higher the degree of malignancy，recurrence and metastasis of osteosarcoma.
