氨磺必利与氯氮平对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症疗效及生活质量的影响研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者在使用氨磺必利与氯氮平治疗后的效果。方法：選取本院2016年6月-2017年6月收治的150例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗1组与治疗2组，各75例。治疗1组采用氨磺必利治疗，治疗2组采用氯氮平治疗。探讨实施不同治疗对两组治疗效果、临床症状、生活质量及不良反应的影响。结果：治疗1组治疗总有效率为81.33%，明显高于治疗2组的66.67%，差异有统计学意义(字2=4.193，P=0.041)。治疗12周后，治疗1组的思维贫乏、兴趣社交缺乏、情感淡漠、意志缺乏及注意障碍评分均明显低于治疗2组；ADL、QOL评分均明显高于治疗2组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1组不良反应总发生率为8.00%，明显低于治疗2组的22.67%，差异有统计学意义(字2=6.214，P=0.013)。结论：将氨磺必利应用于以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者时，不仅能显著改善患者生活质量，还能提升治疗效果，改善阴性症状，且此药不良反应发生率较低，此治疗方法值得应用与推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Amisulpride and Clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia patients with negative symptom-dominated.Method：A total of 150 patients with negative symptom-dominated schizophrenia treated from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into treatment 1 group and treatment 2 group，75 cases in each group.The treatment 1 group was treated with Amisulpride，the treatment 2 group was treated with Clozapine.The effects of different treatments on the treatment effect，clinical symptoms，quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were explored.Result：The total effective rate of the treatment 1 group was 81.33%，which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the treatment 2 group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=4.193，P=0.041).After treatment 12 weeks，the thought poverty，lack of interests and social contact，apathy of emotion，lack of will and attention dysfunction of the treatment 1 group were significantly lower than those of the treatment 2 group；the scores of ADL and QOL were significantly higher than those of the treatment 2 group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment 1 group was 8.00%，which was significantly lower than 22.67% in the treatment 2 group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=6.214，P=0.013).Conclusion：The application of Amisulpride to schizophrenic patients with negative symptom-dominated can not only improve the quality of life significantly，but also improve the treatment effect and improve the negative symptoms，and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，this treatment is worthy of application and promotion.
