红金消结胶囊联合刃针疗法治疗乳腺囊性增生症的临床观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨对乳腺囊性增生症患者应用红金消结胶囊与刃针联合治疗后对患者内分泌激素、血流动力学的影响情况。方法：将2016年8月-2017年10月本院收治的68例乳腺囊性增生症患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组(红金消结胶囊治疗)和观察组(红金消结胶囊与刃针联合治療)，每组34例。对比治疗后两组患者的内分泌激素、血流动力学以及临床疗效的影响情况。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.12%，显著高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。观察组患者卵泡期PRL(33.20±1.99)μIU/mL、P(24.16±1.79)nmol/L以及E2(368.85±11.86)pmol/L均明显优于对照组的(47.28±2.01)μIU/mL、(17.61±0.88)nmol/L、(436.69±15.85)pmol/L(P<0.05)。观察组患者RI(0.49±0.10)μg/L以及Vmax(13.75±1.77)cm/s均明显优于对照组的(0.70±0.11)μg/L、(10.53±1.11)cm/s，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：乳腺囊性增生症患者采取红金消结胶囊与刃针联合治疗的效果明显，可有效改善患者疼痛等临床症状，改善内分泌激素指标，有较高的临床应用价值。
