布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果(1)
【摘要】 目的:探讨布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法:选取2015年12月-2017年12月本院收治的100例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,按照随机数表字法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上予以布地奈德和复方异丙托溴銨联合雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及干预前后血清炎症介质水平改变。结果:研究组临床总有效率88.00%显著高于对照组68.00%,差异有统计学意义(字2=4.586,P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽消失时间、气喘消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、体温恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组血清hs-CRP、PCT、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α水平均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效确切,显著缩短患儿临床症状消失时间,缓解炎症反应。

Effect of Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol Combined with Atomization Inhalation in Treatment of Bronchiolitis in Children/YANG Ronggan,LIANG Wenbao,CAI Yishu.//Medical Innovation of China,2018,15(17):-133
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol combined with atomization inhalation in treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Method:A total of 100 children with bronchiolitis in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to random number method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,the study group was treated with Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol combined with atomization inhalation on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,the clinical symptoms improved conditions,the serum inflammatory mediator improved conditions before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate in the study group was 88.00%,which was significantly higher than 68.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(字2=4.586,P<0.05).The cough disappear time,asthma disappear time,pulmonary rales disappear time,body temperature returned to normal time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum levels of hs-CRP,PCT,IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Budesonide and Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol combined with atomization inhalation is effective in bronchiolitis of children,shortening the time of clinical symptoms and relieving inflammatory reaction.
