高危妊娠孕妇孕期自我管理能力状态及影响因素调查分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：調查分析高危妊娠孕妇孕期自我管理能力状态及影响因素。方法：选取2015年2月-2017年12月高危妊娠孕妇70例为观察组，另选取同期正常孕妇70例为对照组。比较两组自我管理能力状态及观察组中不同自我管理能力状态者的年龄、孕周、孕次、产次、不良妊娠史、文化程度、社会支持程度、妊娠压力及高危妊娠评分结果，并采用多因素Logistic回归分析进行影响因素的处理。结果：观察组自我管理能力状态好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(字2=4.877，P=0.027)；观察组中不同自我管理能力状态者年龄与孕周比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，但孕次、产次、不良妊娠史、文化程度、社会支持程度、妊娠压力及高危妊娠评分结果比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；多因素Logistic回归分析显示，孕次、产次、不良妊娠史、文化程度、社会支持程度、妊娠压力及高危妊娠评分均是高危妊娠孕妇孕期自我管理能力状态的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：高危妊娠孕妇孕期自我管理能力状态相对较好，且影响因素较多，可根据其影响进一步进行干预，以进一步提升孕妇的自我管理能力。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and analyze the self-management capability state during pregnancy of pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy and its influence factors.Method：A total of 70 pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2017 were selected as observation group，and 70 normal pregnant women at the same time were selected as control group.The self-management capability state of two groups were compared，and the ages，gestational weeks，pregnancy times，birth times，adverse pregnancy history，education degree，social support degree，pregnancy stress and high-risk pregnancy score of observation group with different self-management capability state were compared，then the influence factors were analyzed by the multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Result：The self-management capability state of observation group was better than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=4.877，P=0.027).The ages，gestational weeks of observation group with different self-management capability state were compared，the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05)，but the pregnancy times，birth times，adverse pregnancy history，education degree，social support degree，pregnancy stress and high-risk pregnancy score of observation group with different self-management capability state were compared，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed the pregnancy times，birth times，adverse pregnancy history，education degree，social support degree，pregnancy stress and high-risk pregnancy score were the influence factors of self-management capability state during pregnancy of pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion：The self-management capability state during pregnancy of pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy are relatively better，and the influence factors are more，so they should be paid to further intervention，in order to enhance the self-management capability state of pregnant women., 百拇医药(周文香)
