PDCA循环管理应用于消毒供应中心优质护理中的效果研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的：探究PDCA循環管理应用于消毒供应中心优质护理中的效果。方法：选取本院实施PDCA循环管理前后6个月作为研究范围，2016年3-9月为实施前，2017年3-9月为实施后，比较两段时间内样本检测工作、CSSD工作人员意识、相关人员满意度，分析该管理方法优势。结果：实施PDCA循环管理后，样品灭菌、手部卫生、医疗器械消毒及包装合格率均明显高于实施前，护理人员服务、安全防范及差错防范意识均明显高于实施前，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时，PDCA实施后，CSSD工作人员的满意度为93.33%明显高于实施前的46.67%，差异有统计学意义(字2=8.093，P=0.002 5)；其他相关临床科室医护人员的满意度为94.17%明显高于实施前的59.17%，差异有统计学意义(字2=9.443，P=0.001 7)。结论：将PDCA循环管理方法应用于消毒供应中心优质护理管理中，能够有效提高该科室工作质量及相关人员工作意识，对降低院内感染及其他风险事件具有重要意义，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of PDCA circulation management on quality nursing care in central sterile supply department.Method：A total of 6 months before and after implementation of PDCA circulation management in our hospital were selected as the study scope，from March to September 2016 as before implementation，from March to September 2017 as after implementation.The CSSD staff consciousness，the relative personnel satisfaction and error rate between two periods of time were compared，and the advantages of the management method were analyzed.Result：After the implementation of PDCA circulation management，the qualified rates of sample sterilization，hand hygiene，disinfection and packaging of medical instruments were significantly higher than those before implementation；the consciousness of service，safety prevention and error prevention of nursing staff were significantly higher than those before implementation，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time，after the implementation of PDCA，the satisfaction degree of the CSSD staff was 93.33%，which was higher than 46.67% before implementation，the difference was statistically significant(字2=8.093，P=0.002 5).The satisfaction degree of medical staff in other clinical departments was 94.17%，which was higher than 59.17% before implementation，the difference was statistically significant(字2=9.443，P=0.001 7).Conclusion：The application of PDCA circulation management method in the quality nursing management of central sterile supply department can effectively improve the working quality of the department and the work consciousness of the related personnel.It is important to reduce nosocomial infection and other risk events and is worth popularizing.
