网织红细胞参数评估肿瘤化疗患者骨髓造血功能抑制及重建研究(1)
【摘要】 目的:探討网织红细胞参数评估肿瘤化疗患者骨髓造血功能抑制及重建的价值。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年6月本院收治的肿瘤化疗患者107例。分别于化疗前及化疗后7、14、21 d检测比较患者白细胞计数、血小板、未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)、网织红细胞数(RET),并分析白细胞减少与网红细胞参数的相关性。结果:化疗后7、14 d患者白细胞计数和血小板均低于化疗前(P<0.05),化疗后21 d患者白细胞计数和血小板与化疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗后14 d患者白细胞计数和血小板均低于化疗后7 d(P<0.05),化疗后21 d患者白细胞计数和血小板均高于化疗后7、14 d(P<0.05);化疗后7、14 d患者IRF和RET均低于化疗前(P<0.05),而化疗后21 d患者IRF和RET与化疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗后14 d患者IRF和RET与化疗后7 d比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),化疗后21 d患者IRF和RET均高于化疗后7、14 d(P<0.05);化疗后白细胞减少与IRF和RET均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:IRF和RET是肿瘤化疗后骨髓造血功能早期恢复的指标,与白细胞计数呈正相关,具有重要研究意义。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of reticulocyte parameters in assessing the suppression and reconstruction of bone marrow hematopoietic function in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 107 cancer patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected.The leukocyte count,platelet,immature reticulocyte index(IRF) and reticulocyte count (RET) were compared before and after chemotherapy 7,14 and 21 d,and the correlation between leukocytopenia and reticulocyte parameters was analyzed.Result:The leukocyte count and platelet of patients after chemotherapy 7 and 14 d were lower than those of before chemotherapy(P<0.05);the leukocyte count and platelet of patients after chemotherapy 21 d were compared with before chemotherapy,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the leukocyte count and platelet of patients after chemotherapy 14 d were lower than those of after chemotherapy 7 d(P<0.05);the leukocyte count and platelet of patients after chemotherapy 21 d were higher than those of after chemotherapy 7 and 14 d(P<0.05).The IRF and RET of patients after chemotherapy 7 and 14 d were lower than those of before chemotherapy(P<0.05);the IRF and RET of patients after chemotherapy 21 d were compared with before chemotherapy,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the IRF and RET of patients after chemotherapy 14 d were compared with after chemotherapy 7 d,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the IRF and RET of patients after chemotherapy 21 d were higher than those of after chemotherapy 7 and 14 d(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between leukocyte depletion,IRF and RET after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:IRF and RET are indicators of early recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function after tumor chemotherapy,and have positive correlation with leukocyte count,and have important research significance., 百拇医药(叶火林 高淑平 吴广生)
