通元疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究對变应性鼻炎患者实施通元疗法治疗的临床效果及对其生活质量的影响。
方法：选取2016年9月-2017年9月本院收治的变应性鼻炎患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组给予布地奈德喷鼻剂，观察组给予通元疗法治疗。观察评估两组治疗前与治疗后1个月的RQLQ和各项临床症状评分，以及临床治疗效果。结果：治疗后1个月，两组患者的RQLQ评分与治疗前比较均显著下降，且观察组明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月，两组鼻痒、鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕症状评分与治疗前比较均显著下降，且观察组的改善效果更为明显，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.5%(37/40)，明显高于对照组的75.0%(30/40)，差异有统计学意义(字2=4.501，P=0.034)。结论：通元疗法治疗变应性鼻炎效果显著，可有效改善患者的临床症状和生活质量，提高治疗效果，效果确切，故值得临床广泛应用及推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Tongyuan therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis and its effect on the quality of life.Method：A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，40 cases in each group.The control group was given Budesonide Nasal Spray，the observation group was given Tongyuan therapy.The RQLQ and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment 1 month and the effect of clinical treatment between the two groups were observed and evaluated.Result：After treatment 1 month，the RQLQ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment，and observation group was significantly lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment 1 month，the scores of nasal itching，nasal congestion，sneezing and runny nose in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment，and the improvement effect of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5% (37/40)，which was significantly higher than 75.0% (30/40) in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(字2=4.501，P=0.034). Conclusion：Tongyuan therapy is effective in treating allergic rhinitis， which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.The effect is accurate， so it is worthy of extensive clinical application and promotion.
