思维导图模式在经尿道直出绿激光推铲式前列腺汽切术后尿失禁护理中的应用效果观察(1)

     【摘要】 目的：探析經尿道直出绿激光推铲式前列腺汽切术(PVRP-ST)患者在思维导图模式下开展护理于尿失禁方面的应用效果。方法：选取2016年5月-2017年10月本院接受PVRP-ST治疗的患者81例，根据护理方法不同将其分为观察组(思维导图模式下开展护理服务)41例和对照组(常规护理模式下基础护理)40例。观察护理后两组尿失禁发生率及其持续时间、失禁频率、严重程度等，比较两组护理前后的负面情绪变化(SAS、SDS)，统计两组病例护理满意度评分及住院时间。结果：观察组尿失禁发生率17.07%明显低于对照组的37.50%，且观察组患者尿失禁持续时间、尿失禁频率、ICI-Q-SF评分均少于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理后，两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组住院时间明显少于对照组，护理满意度评分明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对PVRP-ST术后患者在思维导图模式下开展护理服务，可有效降低尿失禁并发症发生率，有利于术后恢复，改善患者负面情绪，进而获得更优护理满意度。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application effect of mind map methods in nursing of patients with urinary incontinence after PVRP-ST.Method：A total of 81 patients who received PVRP-ST treatment in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2017.According to the different nursing methods，they were divided into 41 cases in observation group(carried out the nursing service under the mind map mode) and 40 cases in control group(carried out basic nursing under routine nursing mode).The incidence of urinary incontinence，the duration of incontinence，the frequency of incontinence and the severity after nursing of two groups were observed，and the negative emotion changes(SAS，SDS) before and after nursing were compared，and the scores of nursing satisfaction and the hospitalization time in two groups were counted.Result：The incidence of incontinence in observation group was 17.07%， which was lower than 37.50% of control group，and the duration of incontinence，the frequency of incontinence and the ICI-Q-SF score in observation group were less than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing，the SAS and SDS scores of two groups were all lower than those of before treatment，and observation group were lower than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was significantly less than that of control group，and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The nursing service in the mind map model of patients after PVRP-ST can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence complications，be beneficial to postoperative recovery，improve the negative emotion of the patients，and then get better nursing satisfaction.
