微生态疗法对阴道炎的临床疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的： 探討微生态疗法对阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年2月-2017年2月本院接诊的100例细菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者均分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组给予甲硝唑栓治疗，观察组在此基础上加用复合益生菌，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，第二次复查时复发率显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床症状消失时间均显著短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-8水平均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者第一次复查和第二次复查时阴道pH值、Nugent评分均显著低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且观察组第一次复查和第二次复查时阴道pH值、Nugent评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：复合益生菌治疗细菌性阴道炎效果显著，复发率低，可有效改善患者炎症状态、阴道pH值和Nugent评分，值得临床推荐。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of microecological therapy on vaginitis.Method：100 patients with bacterial vaginitis from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected，patients were divided into observation group and control group，according to the random number table method，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metronidazole Suppository，on this basic，the observation group was treated with compound probiotics，the clinical effect of the two groups were observed.Result：The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，and the recurrence rate at the second reexamination was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom disappearance time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Vaginal pH and at Nugent scores at first and second reexamination in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)；and the Vaginal pH and Nugent scores at first and second reexamination in observation group were were significantly lower than those before treatment，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The compound probiotics is effective in treating bacterial vaginitis with low recurrence rate，it can effectively improve the inflammatory state of patients vagina pH value and Nugent score and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
