综合康复治疗脑瘫患儿的临床效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析對脑瘫患儿应用综合康复治疗的临床效果及价值。方法：选取2016年5月-2017年5月本院收治的脑瘫患儿88例。按照临床治疗方法不同分为甲组和乙组，各44例。甲组应用常规治疗方法，乙组在甲组基础上实施综合康复治疗。比较两组治疗前后的智力发展情况(Gesell评分)、神经恢复情况(GMFM评分)、精细运动功能恢复情况(FMFM评分)、肌张力评分及临床疗效。结果：治疗前，两组GMFM、FMFM、Gesell与肌张力评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后，乙组GMFM、FMFM、Gesell评分均高于甲组，肌张力评分低于甲组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；甲组总有效率为75.00%，低于乙组的90.91%，比较有差异有统计学意义(字2=3.937 9，P=0.047 2)。
结论：对脑瘫患儿积极应用综合康复治疗的效果颇为显著，不仅可以促进患儿的智力发展，促进其运动神经尽快恢复正常，而且还能全面改善其患肢肌张力情况，促进临床疗效的进一步提升，该疗法值得广泛推广及应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect and value of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in children with cerebral palsy.Method：A total of 88 children with cerebral palsy from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected.According to different clinical treatment methods，they were divided into group A and group B，44 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional treatment，and group B received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of group A.The intelligence development(Gesell score)，nerve recovery(GMFM score)，fine motor function recovery(FMFM score)，muscle tension score before and after treatment，and clinical effect in two groups were compared.Result：Before treatment，the scores of GMFM，FMFM，Gesell and muscular tension score in two groups were compared，the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment，the scores of GMFM，FMFM and Gesell in group B were higher than those of group A，and the score of muscle tension was lower than that of group A，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group A was 75.00%，which was lower than 90.91% of group B，the difference was statistically significant(字2=3.937 9，P=0.047 2).Conclusion：The positive effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for children with cerebral palsy is quite significant，which not only can promote the intellectual development of children，promote their motor nerves to return to normal as soon as possible，but also improve the limb tension and promote the further improvement of clinical efficacy，which is worthy of popularization and application.
