阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑块性银屑病的临床效果及安全性(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑块性银屑病的临床效果及安全性。方法：选取本院皮肤科2016年1-12月收治的银屑病患者112例作为研究对象，根据患者ID号末尾数字的奇偶性将其分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56)。两组均给予卡泊三醇软膏治疗，在此基础上，对照组使用复方甘草酸苷片治疗，观察组使用阿维A胶囊和复方甘草酸苷片治疗，均连续治疗3个月。观察比较两组临床治疗效果、治疗前后的PASI评分及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗3个月后，观察组的临床总有效率为92.9%，明显高于对照组的73.2%，差异有统计学意义(字2=7.669，P=0.006)。治疗3个月后，两组PASI评分与治疗前比较均明显降低，且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为14.3%，对照组为16.1%，两组不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义(字2=0.069，P=0.792)。结论：阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑块性银屑病，可显著改善患者的临床症状，提高临床疗效，且安全性较好，具有较大的临床借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect and safety of Acitretin Capsule combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Method：A total of 112 patients with psoriasis treated in dermatology department of our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects.According to the parity of the patient ID number at the end of the number，they were divided into control group (n=56) and observation group (n=56).Two groups were treated with Calcipotriol Ointment，on this basis，the control group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets，the observation group was given Acitretin Capsule combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets treatment，both of which were continuously treated for 3 months.The clinical effect，PASI score before and after treatment and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：After treatment 3 months，the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.9%，which was significantly higher than 73.2% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=7.669，P=0.006).After treatment 3 months，the PASI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment，and the improvement of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 14.3% in the observation group，and 16.1% in the control group，there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (字2=0.069，P=0.792).Conclusion：Acitretin Capsule combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of plaque psoriasis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the clinical efficacy，and have good safety，which is of great clinical reference significance.
