三级无缝隙质量管理对手术室医院感染的效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究三級无缝隙质量管理对手术室医院感染的实施效果。方法：选取2015年9月-2017年8月在本院接受手术的患者2 000例为研究对象，以2015年9月-2016年8月实施手术的1 000例为对照组，2016年9月-2017年8月实施手术的1 000例为观察组。对照组予以常规护理，观察组则予以三级无缝隙质量管理。分别对比两组术后手术室医院感染和护理过程中不规范现象发生情况以及患者的满意度。结果：观察组手术室感染率为2.2%(22/1 000)，明显低于对照组的4.3%(43/1 000)，差异有统计学意义(字2=7.013，P=0.008)。观察组手术室护理过程中不规范现象发生率为4.1%(41/1 000)，明显低于对照组的6.7%(67/1 000)，差异有统计学意义(字2=6.617，P=0.010)。观察组患者的满意度为99.1%(991/1 000)，明显高于对照组的94.2%(942/1 000)，差异有统计学意义(字2=37.078，P=0.000)。结论：三级无缝隙质量管理可显著降低手术室医院感染发生风险，同时减少手术室护理过程中不规范现象发生，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of three-level seamless quality management on nosocomial infection in operating room.Method：A total of 2 000 patients undergone surgery from September 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.1 000 patients were undergone surgery from September 2015 to August 2016 as the control group，and 1 000 patients from September 2016 to August 2017 as the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing， the observation group was given three-level seamless quality management. the incidence of nosocomial infection in operating room，the occurrence of irregular phenomena in operating room nursing and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups.Result：The infection rate of the operating room in the observation group was 2.2%(2/1 000)，which was significantly lower than 4.3%(43/1 000) in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=7.013，P=0.008).The incidence of irregular phenomenon in operating room nursing in the observation group was 4.1% (41/1 000)，which was significantly lower than that 6.7% (67/1 000) in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=6.617，P=0.010).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 99.1% (991/1 000)，which was significantly higher than 94.2% (942/1 000) of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(字2=37.078，P=0.000).Conclusion：Three-level seamless quality management can significantly reduce the risk of nosocomial infection in operation room， at the same time reduce the irregular phenomenon in the nursing process of the operation room，improve satisfaction degree of patients.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
