综合干预护理对白内障术后干眼症患者的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的：探討综合干预护理对白内障术后干眼症患者的影响。方法：选取牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院2016年7月-2018年1月白内障术后并发干眼症患者116例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组，各58例。干预采用综合干预护理模式，对照组采用常规优质护理，比较两组干预前后的干眼症状，体征包括泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)、角膜荧光色素染色(FS)，以及干预1周后的治疗有效和护理满意度情况。结果：综合干预护理后，干预组症状评分为(9.8±2.4)分，BUT为(13.76±2.42)s，SIT为(10.39±1.31)mm/5 min，FS为(1.16±0.58)均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组治疗有效率为89.7%，明显高于对照组的74.1%，且护理满意度为91.4%，明显高于对照组的77.6%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合干预护理能够有效提高白内障术后干眼症患者的疗效，增加患者对术后护理的满意度。

    Influence of Comprehensive Intervention Nursing on Patients with Xerophthalmia after Cataract Operation/LYU Bo，JIANG Hongchun，ZHANG Xuchun.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15(27)：0-082

    【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the influence of comprehensive intervention nursing on patients with xerophthalmia after cataract operation.Method：A total of 116 patients with xerophthalmia after cataract operation in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from July 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to random number table method，they were divided into intervention group and control group，58 cases in each group.The intervention group was applied by comprehensive intervention nursing， the control group was used by conventional quality nursing.The symptoms of xerophthalmia，including break-up time (BUT)，schirmer I test (SIT)， corneal fluorescent pigment staining test (FS)before and after intervention，and therapeutic efficiency and nursing satisfaction after intervention 1 week were compared between the two groups.Result：After comprehensive intervention nursing，the symptom score of the intervention group was (9.8±2.4) scores，BUT (13.76±2.42)s，SIT (10.39±1.31)mm/5 min，FS (1.16±0.58) were significantly better than those of control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of intervention group was 89.7%，which was significantly higher than 74.1% of the control group，and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 91.4%， which was significantly higher than 77.6% of the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion： Comprehensive intervention nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction of the xerophthalmia after cataract operation.
