感染性角膜炎患者整体化责任护理的应用效果评价(1)
【摘要】 目的：評价整体化责任护理对感染性角膜炎患者的应用效果。方法：选取2013年5月-2016年5月在本科住院并接受非手术治疗的感染性角膜炎患者90例作为研究对象，按照不同的护理方式将其分为对照组(n=44)和干预组(n=46)。对照组接受常规护理措施，干预组则按整体化责任护理方式给予护理，观察比较两组干预前后的疼痛和焦虑情绪评分、裸眼视力，以及并发症发生及护理满意情况。结果：干预后，两组VAS及HAMA评分均较干预前明显降低，且干预组均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理干预后，两组视力与干预前比较均有所提高，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)；但两组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为27.27%，明显高于观察组的10.87%；护理满意度为81.82%，明显低于观察组的95.65%，差异有统计学意义(字2=3.95、4.36，P<0.05)。结论：采用整体化责任方式对感染性角膜炎患者进行护理效果明显，能够有助于减轻患者疼痛，缓解心理焦虑状况，降低并发症发病率，提高患者护理满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the application effect of the integrative responsibility nursing in patients with infectious keratitis.Method：A total of 90 patients with infectious keratitis who were hospitalized and received non-surgical treatment in our department from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods，they were divided into control group (n=44) and intervention group (n=46).The control group was performed routine nursing measures，the intervention group was received the integrative responsibility nursing measures.The pain and anxiety scores and naked eye vision before and after intervention，complications and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Result： After intervention，the VAS and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention，and the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).After the nursing intervention，the visual acuity of the two groups were improved，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01)，but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 27.27%，which was significantly higher than 10.87% in the observation group；the satisfaction rate of nursing was 81.82%，which was significantly lower than 95.65% in the observation group，the differences were statistically significant (字2=3.95，4.36，P<0.05).Conclusion：The integrative responsibility nursing measures has obvious nursing effect on patients with infectious keratitis，which can contribute to relieve either the lesion pain or the mental anxiety，reduce the the incidence of complication and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing., 百拇医药(钟艳秋 戴彩云 袁雪晖)
