优质护理在甲状腺手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的：觀察优质护理在甲状腺手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法：选取2016年1月-2017年12月本院收治的甲状腺手术患者90例作为研究对象，按照不同的护理措施将其分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=44)。患者均进行手术治疗，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以优质护理，比较两组心理状况改善、生活质量和疼痛评分、生命体征、护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果：护理后，观察组心理状况改善、生活质量和疼痛评分、生命体征情况均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.65%，明显高于对照组的81.82%；并发症发生情况为6.52%，明显低于对照组的22.73%，差异均有统计学意义(字2=4.357 7、4.779 1，P=0.036 8、0.028 8)。结论：优质护理在甲状腺手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果极佳，同时并发症发生率显著降低，可以将其作为该手术治疗首选措施。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of high quality nursing on perioperative nursing of patients undergoing thyroid surgery and its influence on the incidence of complications.Method：A total of 90 patients with thyroid surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to different nursing measures，they were divided into observation group (n=46) and control group (n=44).All patients were treated with surgery treatment， the control group was given routine nursing，the observation group was given high quality nursing.The improvement of psychological status， quality of life and pain scores，vital signs，nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.

    Result：After nursing， the psychological status，quality of life and pain scores and vital signs of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.65%，which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group，and the incidence of complications was 6.52%，which was significantly lower than 22.73% of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (字2=4.357 7，4.779 1；P=0.036 8，0.028 8).

    Conclusion：High quality nursing has excellent results in the perioperative nursing of patients with thyroid surgery，and the incidence of complications is significantly reduced，so it can be used as the first choice for surgical treatment.
