精细化护理在肾结石经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术护理中的应用及对患者并发症的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的：探讨精细化护理在肾结石经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术护理中的应用及对患者并发症的影响。方法：选取本院2017年5月-2018年5月收治的需接受肾结石经皮腎镜钬激光碎石术治疗的患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，各30例。对照组应用常规基础护理干预，研究组在对照组的基础上给予精细化护理干预，分析比较两组治疗效果、护理质量评分、满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果：研究组的治疗总有效率为96.7%明显高于对照组的76.7%，差异有统计学意义(字2=5.192，P=0.023)。研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(字2=4.365，P<0.05)。护理后研究组各项护理质量评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度为96.7%明显高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义(字2=4.043，P=0.044)。结论：在接受肾结石经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的过程当中，配合精细化护理可以提高护理质量，增加患者的满意度，减少术后并发症的发生，保证患者的预后，临床上应当推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of meticulous nursing in the nursing of percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy of renal calculi and its effect on complications of patients.Method：A total of 60 patients who were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and study group，30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine basic nursing intervention，the study group was given meticulous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect， nursing quality score，satisfaction and complications between the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 96.7%，which was significantly higher than 76.7% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (字2=5.192，P=0.023). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (字2=4.365，P<0.05).After nursing，the scores of nursing quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.7%，which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (字2=4.043，P=0.044).Conclusion：In the process of percutaneous nephrolithiasis holmium laser lithotripsy，meticulous nursing can improve the quality of nursing，increase the satisfaction of the patients，reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and further ensure the prognosis of the patients，which should be promoted and applied in clinical.
