【摘要】 负性共刺激分子B7-H4与PI3K-AKT-mTOR信号转导通路有着重要联系,同时PI3K-AKT-mTOR信号转导通路是哺乳动物肿瘤免疫中重要的信号通路,通过研究探讨B7-H4与PI3K-AKT-mTOR信号通路之间的内在联系,从而讨论其在肿瘤发生、发展过程中的信号转导机制,对于寻找作用于多种信号通路、多靶点的新药,肿瘤的靶向治疗有重要意义。【关键词】 B7-H4; PI3K-AKT-mTOR; 信号通路; 肿瘤免疫
【Abstract】 The negative costimulatory molecule B7-H4 has an important relationship with the PI3K-AKT-mTOR signal transduction pathway.Meanwhile,PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway is an important signal pathway in mammalian tumor immunity.Researching the relationship between B7-H4 and PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway was important to discuss the signal transduction mechanisms in tumor genesis and evolution.Besides ......
