【摘要】 急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)是一种以骨髓异常早幼粒细胞增多、造血功能衰竭并伴t(15;17)(q22;q21)染色体异位为特征的特殊类型白血病。经历了蒽环类化疗药物、全反式维甲酸(ATRA)、亚砷酸(ATO)的时代变迁，APL最终成为一种可治愈的血液系统恶性肿瘤，但儿童APL的总体疗效较成人差。本文将对儿童APL治疗进展做一简要概括。
