六味地黄丸对宫颈癌同步放化疗患者的免疫机制及效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討六味地黄丸对宫颈癌同步放化疗患者的免疫机制及效果观察。方法：选择2017年9月-2018年9月本科收治的ⅡB～ⅣA宫颈癌患者80例，按照研究方案分为六味地黄丸联合放化疗组(治疗组，n=40)和放化疗组(观察组，n=40)治疗。治疗组采用六味地黄丸(8丸/次，3次/d)+同步放化疗，观察组仅采用同步放化疗，两组放疗方法及化疗药物均相同，比较两组的免疫指标变化和疗效。结果：两组患者均完成全部治疗及随访，两组客观有效率：治疗组为87.5%，观察组为82.5%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05)，治疗前、中、后观察组以上各指标均无明显变化(P>0.05)。观察组粒细胞减少、血红蛋白减少、肾功能损害、恶心呕吐和腹痛腹泻人数均多于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论：六味地黄丸可提高宫颈癌患者的免疫功能，并可减轻放化疗毒副作用，值得临床进一步推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the immune function and short-term efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer.Method：A total of 80 cases of ⅡB-ⅣA cervical cancer patients admitted to our department from September 2017 to September 2018 were collected and randomly divided into Liuwei Dihuang Pill combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy group(the treatment group，n=408，8 pills each time，3 times a day)and concurrent chemoradiotherapy group(the observation group，n=40)according to the study plan，radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs were the same in both groups.The changes of immune indexes and curative effect of two groups were compared.Result：All patients in two groups were treated and followed up，and the overall response rate in the treatment group was 87.5%，and the observation group was 82.5%，there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The serum CD3+，CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ values after treatment of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of before treatment，there ware statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Serologic changes in the observation group before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of granulocyte reduction，hemoglobin reduction，renal function damage，nausea and vomiting，and abdominal pain and diarrhea of the observation group were higher than those of the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion：Liuwei Dihuang Pill can improve the immune function of patients with cervical cancer and reduce the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy，it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
