【摘要】 微课作为一种全新的教学模式越来越受到大家的关注。该文以生物化学检验的丙氨酸氨基转移酶的测定为例，介绍微课的教学设计和微课制作，为后期微课教学资源的设计和开发提供借鉴和参考，使微课真正成为学生自学、教师成长的教学工具。
