常规西药联合正天丸治疗血管神经性头痛患者症状、脑血流动力学改善效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨给予血管神经性头痛患者西药联合正天丸治疗的临床效果及价值。方法：选取2017年5月-2018年7月本院收治的血管神经性头痛患者92例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为西药组和中西药联合组，各46例。西药组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊+谷维素片治疗，中西药联合组在西药组基础上加用正天丸治疗。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、脑血流动力学指标(PCA、ACA、MCA、BA的血流速度)、治疗效果及不良反应。结果：治疗后，中西医联合组头痛VAS评分、月发作次数、症状持续时间均少于西药组(P<0.05);中西药联合组PCA、ACA、MCA、BA血流速度均低于西药组(P<0.05);中西药联合组总有效率为95.65%，高于西药组的78.26%(P<0.05)，但两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：常规西药联合正天丸治疗血管神经性头痛，可促进其脑血流动力学获得有效改善，更大程度缓解疼痛症状，提高总体治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect and value of western medicine combined with Zhengtian Pills in treatment of angioneurotic headache.Method：A total of 92 patients with angioneurotic headache admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into western medicine group and Chinese and western medicine combined group，46 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule+Oryzanol Tablets，while Chinese and western medicine combined group was treated with Zhengtian Pills on the basis of western medicine group.The improvement of clinical symptoms，cerebral hemodynamic parameters(blood flow velocity of PCA，ACA，MCA and BA)，therapeutic effect and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the headache VAS score，frequency of monthly attacks and duration of symptoms in Chinese and western medicine combined group were less than those of western medicine group(P<0.05).The blood flow velocities of PCA，ACA，MCA and BA in Chinese and western medicine combined group were lower than those of western medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.65% in Chinese and western medicine combined group，which was higher than 78.26% of western medicine group(P<0.05).However，the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was compared，the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion：Conventional western medicine combined with Zhengtian Pills in treatment of angioneurotic headache can promote the effective improvement of cerebral hemodynamics，relieve pain symptoms to a greater extent，and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
