【摘要】 目的：探討在预防糖尿病肾病血液透析中发生低血压时采用护理干预的效果和可行性。方法：选取2013年6月-2018年6月在本院接受透析治疗的糖尿病肾病患者56例作为研究对象，将采用常规护理的患者作为对照组(28例)，将应用护理干预的患者作为观察组(28例)，观察比较两组低血压改善情况、血液透析不良反应发生率和患者满意度情况。结果：观察组护理后低血压改善程度明显高于对照组，观察组不良反应发生率(3.57%)明显低于对照组(28.57%)，观察组满意度(100%)明显高于对照组(64.57%)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肾病患者透析后应用护理干预能明显改善低血压现象，减少不良反应，患者满意度较高。
