【摘要】 炎症生物标志物对脓毒症的诊断和预后评估有很大意义，现有的文献显示可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)可以作为脓毒症的诊断及预后判断的新型炎症生物标志物，本文就近年来suPAR在脓毒症诊断及评估预后等方面的研究做简要综述。

    【Abstract】 Inflammatory biomarkers have great significance to improve the diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis，the available literature reveals the potential utility of soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor(suPAR)as novel diagnostic，prognostic biomarkers.This article aims to review the research progress of suPAR on the diagnosis and prognosis for sepsis in recent years.
