【摘要】 目的：探讨雌激素受体拮抗剂对泌乳素腺瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法：在同样去激素培养的条件下添加不同浓度雌激素和雌激素受体拮抗剂，应用MTT法检测其对GH3细胞增殖的影响。结果：不同浓度的OHTam对GH3细胞有明显的抑制作用，并且与剂量呈正相关，10-11 mol/L即有抑制作用，10-6 mol/L抑制作用达到最大。E2可显著的刺激GH3细胞增殖，10-12 mol/L即有促进增殖作用，10-9 mol/L作用达到最大，而后随着浓度的升高增殖作用反而逐渐减弱。结论：雌激素受体拮抗剂能显著抑制泌乳素腺瘤细胞的生长，理论上可以用于泌乳素腺瘤的药物治疗。
