银丹心脑通软胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討银丹心脑通软胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选取174例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组，各87例。对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗，联合组给予银丹心脑通软胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、心绞痛发作情况、不良反应、治疗前后的血清血脂水平(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)。结果：联合组临床总有效率为94.25%，明显高于对照组的77.01%(P<0.05);治疗后，两组每周心绞痛发作频率均低于治疗前，每次心绞痛发作持续时间均短于治疗前，且联合组均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后，两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前，HDL-C水平均高于治疗前，且联合组均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未出现药物不良反应。结论：银丹心脑通软胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著，且可明显改善患者血脂水平，降低心绞痛发作频率，缩短心绞痛持续时间，安全性高，值得在临床上推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule combined with Simvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Method：A total of 174 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and combined group，87 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Simvastatin，while combined group was treated with Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule and Simvastatin.The clinical efficacy，angina attack，adverse reactions，serum lipid levels(TC，TG，LDL-C，HDL-C)before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Result：The total clinical effective rate was 94.25% in combined group，which was significantly higher than 77.01% of control group(P<0.05).After treatment，the frequency of angina attack per week in two groups were lower than those of before treatment，the duration of each angina attack were shorter than those of before treatment，the combined group were better than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of TC，TG and LDL-C in two groups were lower than those of before treatment，and the levels of HDL-C were higher than those of before treatment，and the combined group were better than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse drug reactions in both groups.Conclusion：Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule combined with Simvastatin is effective in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris，it can significantly improve the blood lipid level，reduce the frequency of angina pectoris，shorten the duration of angina pectoris，and has high safety，it is worthy of clinical promotion., http://www.100md.com(杨华丽 岑振考)
