等离子手术治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床研究(1)
【摘要】 目的:探究等離子手术治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月-2018年6月本院收治的OSAHS住院患者共56例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各28例。对照组使用传统悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗,研究组使用低温等离子射频消融术(以下简称等离子手术)进行辅助治疗。比较两组的相关指标和治疗效果。结果:两组术后较术前相比,口咽距离、咽侧距均有所增加,悬雍垂长、悬雍垂基底宽、软腭长均有所减少(P<0.05);两组社会功能、躯体疼痛、活力、总体健康、心理健康、情感职能、生理功能及生理职能等各项生活质量评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组手术时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虽然使用低温等离子射频消融辅助UPPP治疗与单用UPPP治疗效果一样良好,但低温等离子射频消融辅助可有效缩短手术时间、降低出血量,对促进患者术后生活质量的提升有更大的意义,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of plasma surgery on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method:A total of 56 hospitalized patients with OSAHS in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected,according to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and research group,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional uvulopalatopharyngoplasty,and the study group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation(hereinafter referred to as plasma surgery) for adjuvant treatment.The relative indexes and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Result:In the two groups,the oropharyngeal distance and pharyngeal lateral distance increased,while the uvula length,uvula basal width and soft palate length decreased(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of social function,physical pain,vitality, general health,mental health,emotional function,physiological function and physiological function between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05),but the operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Although the effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation assisted UPPP treatment is as good as that of UPPP alone, low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation assisted can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,which has greater significance in promoting the quality of life of patients after operation,and is worthy of clinical application., 百拇医药(农光耀 韦岑 韦红妹 韦显福 刘敏 黄正泉)
