快速康复在乳腺癌改良根治术围手术期护理中的应用及对患者不良情绪的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討快速康复在乳腺癌改良根治术围手术期护理中的应用及对患者不良情绪的影响。方法：选取2017年2月-2019年2月本院收治的乳腺癌改良根治术患者90例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，各45例。对照组进行常规护理，研究组进行快速康复护理。比较两组不良情绪(SAS、SDS评分)、患肢上举高度手指触碰对侧耳朵情况、住院时间、护理效果、肢体功能评分(Fugl-Meyer、STEF评分)及并发症。结果：护理后，研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组出院当天及出院30 d患肢上举高度手指触碰对侧耳朵例数均多于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组总有效率95.6%，高于对照组的82.2%(P<0.05)；护理后，研究组Fugl-Meyer、STEF评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：快速康复护理在乳腺癌改良根治术围手术期的护理效果显著，应在临床上多加推广与应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and its influence on patients’ adverse emotions.Method：A total of 90 patients with modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer from February 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and study group，45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，and study group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The adverse mood(SAS，SDS score)，the condition of lift up the affected limb and touch the opposite ear with fingers，hospitalization time，nursing effect，the score of limb function(Fugl-Meyer，STEF score)and complications between two groups were compared.Result：After nursing，the scores of SAS and SDS in study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).On the day of discharge and 30 days after discharge，the number of patients lift up the affected limb and touch the opposite ear with fingers in study group were more than those of control group，and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.6% in study group，which was higher than 82.2% in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing，the scores of Fugl-Meyer and STEF in study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Rapid rehabilitation nursing has remarkable effect in perioperative period of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer，it should be popularized and applied in clinic.
