复方甘草酸苷片与葡醛内酯片治疗抗精神病药物致转氨酶升高的疗效分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：分析对抗精神病药物所致转氨酶升高患者分别应用复方甘草酸苷片与葡醛内酯片的疗效与分析。方法：选取抗精神病药物所致转氨酶升高患者100例，随机分为复方甘草酸苷组和葡醛内酯组，每组各50例，对比两组治疗前后的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)水平，比较两组的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后两组的ALT、AST、TBIL、γ-GT水平较治疗前均下降，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方甘草酸苷组的ALT、AST、TBIL、γ-GT水平均低于葡醛内酯组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复方甘草酸苷组的治疗总有效率高于葡醛内酯组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在抗精神病药物致转氨酶升高患者中应用复方甘草酸苷片相较于葡醛内酯片可更好地改善ALT、AST、TBIL、γ-GT水平，提高治疗效果，两种药物的不良反应发生率相当。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the efficacy and analysis of compound glycyrrhizin tablets and Glucurolactone tablets in patients with elevated transaminase induced by antipsychotic drugs. Method：A total of 100 patients with elevated aminotransferase induced by antipsychotic drugs were randomly divided into Compound Glycyrrhizin group and Glucurolactone group， 50 cases in each group. The levels of Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT)， Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST)， total bilirubin (TBIL) and γ-glutamyltransferase (γ-GT) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result： After treatment， the levels of ALT， AST， TBIL and γ-GT in the two groups were all decreased， with significant differences compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). The levels of ALT， AST， TBIL andγ-GT in the Compound Glycyrrhizin group were lower than those in the Glucuronide group (P<0.05). The effective rate of Compound Glycyrrhizin group was higher than that of Glucurolactone group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion： Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets can better improve the levels of ALT， AST， TBIL andγ-GT in patients with elevated transaminase induced by antipsychotic drugs than Glucurolactone tablets. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two drugs is similar.

藥物治疗是精神分裂症首选的治疗措施，抗精神病药物治疗时，因用药量较大、疗程较长、联合用药多，通常会造成一定程度的肝损害，通常表现为转氨酶升高[1-2]。但精神病患者的疗程较长，肝功能异常时一般不停用抗精神病药物，此时需选择安全有效的保肝药进行治疗，以减少抗精神病药物引起的肝功能损害，确保临床用药安全[3-4]。葡醛内酯片与复方甘草酸苷片是临床常用的保肝药物，二者的成分及作用机制有所不同，对于保肝治疗的效果也有所差异[5-6]。本研究通过对比分析复方甘草酸苷片与葡醛内酯片对抗精神病药物致转氨酶升高的疗效和不良反应，为临床安全用药提供参考依据，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(李优明)
