【摘要】 目的：分析在接受输液治疗的新生儿患儿中无针分隔膜密闭输液接头的应用效果。方法：选择本院2018年1-12月接受输液治疗的200例新生儿，按照随机掷硬币法分成对照组与研究组，各100例。对照组给予常规处理，研究组接受无针分隔膜密闭输液接头处理。比较两组不良反应发生情况、护理不良事件发生情况及家属的满意度情况。结果：研究组不良反应及护理不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组家属总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在新生儿输液治疗中应用无针分隔膜密闭输液接头应用效果更好，可减少新生儿不良反应与护理不良事件发生率，提高家属满意度，值得在临床中推广。
