【摘要】 维生素K1在新生儿和婴儿出血性疾病中应用广泛，而关于维生素K1在新生儿早期凝血功能异常中的运用，我国目前尚无具体统一的方案，关于应用维生素K的剂量、剂型、途径、方法及时间均有不同的报道。故本文论述了新生儿早期凝血功能异常病理生理、维生素K1作用机制、常用方法、剂量及安全性，以期对新生儿维生素K缺乏出血性疾病，能够早发现、早处理，最大程度上降低新生儿病死率。
