普瑞巴林联合常规治疗对神经病理性癌痛患者疼痛、负性情绪和生活质量的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討普瑞巴林联合常规治疗对神经病理性癌痛患者疼痛、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2016年1月-2019年1月本院收治的神经病理性癌痛患者74例，随机分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=37)。对照组予以常规治疗，观察组予以普瑞巴林联合常规治疗。观察两组镇痛效果、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、生活质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分及不良反应情况。结果：观察组治疗后镇痛效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组EORTC QLQ-C30评分均明显升高，且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组因严重不良反应而停药发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：普瑞巴林联合常规治疗可明显改善神经病理性癌痛患者负性情绪，提高生活质量，镇痛效果明显，不良反应较少，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effects of Pregabalin combined with conventional therapy on pain， negative emotion and quality of life in patients with neuropathic cancer pain. Method： A total of 72 patients with neuropathic cancer pain from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (n=37) and the observation group (n=37). The control group received conventional therapy， the observation group received Pregabalin combined with conventional therapy. The analgesic effect， Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score， Hammer’s Depression Scale (HAMD) score， quality of life scale (EORTC QLQ-C30) score and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Result： After treatment， the analgesic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The HAMA score and the HAMD score of two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05)， and the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The EORTC QLQ-C30 scores of two groups were significantly increased， the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of withdrawal due to serious adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Pregabalin combined with conventional therapy can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients with neuropathic cancer pain， improve the quality of life， the analgesic effect is obvious， and the adverse reactions are less， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
