三种内源性抗氧化体系与非小细胞肺癌的关系,UCP,Trx,Grx
【摘要】 解偶联蛋白(uncoupling protein,UCP)、硫氧还蛋白(thioredoxin,Trx)、谷氧还蛋白(glutaredoxin,Grx),是体内三种抗氧化体系,这三种抗氧化体系在机体内发挥着重要的作用。越来越多的证据表明,Trx、Grx、UCP与肺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌等众多癌症的发生发展密切相关。本综述将讨论三种内源性抗氧化体系(UCP、Trx、Grx)与非小细胞肺癌的关系。【关键词】 非小细胞肺癌 UCP Trx Grx
