【摘要】 目的：调查临床护士对压力性损伤的认知情况。方法：选择海南省6所三级甲等综合医院的887名护士进行调查。结果：护士压力性损伤相关知识考核的总体得分为(69.06±20.59)分，不同年龄、工作年限、学历、职称等对压力性损伤的认知得分比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);总体来说，压力性损伤的图例判断是护士们掌握最差的知识点。结论：海南省三级甲等医院的临床护士对压力性损伤知识的掌握情况不容乐观，需要寻找适合本省护士关于压力性损伤的最佳培训方法，进而改善本省压力性损伤预防与管理效果、降低临床压力性损伤发生率。
