【摘要】 特发性脊柱侧凸(IS)影响患者外观、心肺功能发育，更甚者可伴有脊髓神经功能障碍，其手术治疗是脊柱外科的难点。本文针对特发性脊柱侧凸的后路手术方式：后路脊柱内固定系统、脊柱选择性融合、直接去旋转技术的研究进展进行综述，期望获得最佳手术方式，提高患者生活质量。
