综上所述，全程零缺陷护理应用在剖宫产手术的护理干预效果较好，不仅能够缓解患者的焦虑抑郁的心理状况，还能改善患者剖宫产术后恢复状况，有效减轻术后并发症的发生率，值得临床推广。
