盐酸氨溴索治疗间质性肺炎的效果及对患者肺功能和血气分析的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗间质性肺炎的效果及对患者肺功能和血氣分析的影响。方法:选取2016年10月-2019年10月到本院就诊的间质性肺炎患者102例,将患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用红霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上静脉注射盐酸氨溴索。治疗1个月后,比较两组患者的临床疗效;比较两组患者治疗前后的肺功能指标(包括VC、FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%)、血气分析指标(包括pH、PaO2、PaCO2);比较两组患者治疗前后出现咳嗽、咯痰、气促、啰音症状的例数;比较两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后临床总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的VC、FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC%均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后pH、PaO2均明显高于对照组,PaCO2明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后出现咳嗽、咯痰、气促、啰音症状的例数均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用盐酸氨溴索联合红霉素治疗ILD患者效果显著,能有效地改善患者的肺功能,增加血氧水平,安全性较好,具有一定的应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of interstitial pneumonia and its effect on lung function and blood gas analysis. Method: A total of 102 patients with interstitial pneumonia who came to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Erythromycin, and the observation group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. After 1 month of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared; lung function indexes (including VC, FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC%) and blood gas analysis indexes (including pH, PaO2, and PaCO2) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups; the number of cases of cough, phlegm, shortness of breath and rales before and after treatment were compared between the two groups; the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups. Result: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 96.08%, higher than 82.35% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, VC, FVC and FEV1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, pH and PaO2 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and PaCO2 was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The number of cases of cough, phlegm, shortness of breath and rales in the observation group after treatment were all less than those in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment period, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Erythromycin in the treatment of ILD patients has a significant effect, can effectively improve the lung function of the patients, increase the level of blood oxygen, good safety, has certain application value., 百拇医药(蔡树冰)
