精神科护士间团结度现状及其与工作满意度的相关性分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的:了解精神科護士间团结度现状并分析其与工作满意度的相关性。方法:采用自制一般资料问卷、护士间团结度量表、护士工作满意度量表对广东省内共5所精神病专科医院500名在职护士进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷453份,有效率为90.6%。对精神科护士间团结度现状与工作满意度进行评分,分析团结度得分的影响因素,分析精神科护士间团结度与工作满意度的相关性。结果:精神科护士间团结度总分为(77.63±8.97)分,工作满意度条目总均分为(2.75±0.36)分。不同性别、婚姻状况、工作年限、学历和月收入的精神科护士间团结度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精神科护士间团结度总分、情感团结与工作满意度条目总均分及各维度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。负面观点与除福利待遇外的工作满意度其他各维度及条目总均分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。学术团结与除工作被称赞和认可外的工作满意度其他各维度及条目总均分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:精神科护士间团结度处于较低水平,护理管理者应制定相应的改进措施,改善护士对工作的满意度,从而提高护士间团结度和护理质量。

    [Abstract] Objective: To understand the current status of solidarity among psychiatric nurses and analyze its correlation with job satisfaction. Method: A total of 500 on-the-job nurses from 5 psychiatric hospitals in Guangdong Province were investigated with self-made general information questionnaire, nurse solidarity scale and nurse job satisfaction scale. 453 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective rate was 90.6%. The current status of solidarity and job satisfaction among psychiatric nurses were scored, the influencing factors of solidarity score were analyzed and the correlation between solidarity and job satisfaction among psychiatric nurses was analyzed. Result: The total score of solidarity among psychiatric nurses was (77.63±8.97) scores, and the total average score of in job satisfaction items was (2.75±0.36) scores. There were significant differences in the scores of solidarity among psychiatric nurses of different genders, marital status, working years, educational background and monthly income (P<0.05). There were positive correlations between the total score of solidarity, emotional solidarity and the total average score of job satisfaction items and all dimensions (P<0.05). Negative views were positively correlated with other dimensions of job satisfaction and total average scores of items except welfare (P<0.05). Academic solidarity was positively correlated with other dimensions of job satisfaction and the total average score of items except job praise and recognition (P<0.05). Conclusion: The solidarity among psychiatric nurses is at a relatively low level. Nursing managers should formulate corresponding improvement measures to improve nurses’ job satisfaction, thereby improving the solidarity among nurses and quality of nursing.
