自拟方口服结合外洗治疗热毒蕴结型扁平疣的临床观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：觀察自拟方口服结合外洗治疗热毒蕴结型扁平疣的临床效果。方法：选取2014年1月-2017年9月本院收治的热毒蕴结型扁平疣患者92例，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，各46例。对照组患者采取传统治疗(外用维A酸乳膏)，试验组采取自拟方口服结合外洗治疗，对患者进行2年的有效随访。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、皮损消失时间、对治疗的满意度评分、随访期间的复发情况。结果：试验组治疗后总有效率为95.65%，高于对照组的78.26%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者皮损消失时间短于对照组，且试验组患者对治疗的满意度评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组患者在随访期间复发率为4.35%，明显低于对照组的23.91%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在热毒蕴结型扁平疣患者的治疗中，采取自拟方口服结合外洗治疗，可明显提升治疗效果，缩短皮损消失时间，提高患者对治疗的满意度，与传统治疗方法相比，具有更低的复发率，效果理想。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the clinical effect of oral administration combined with external washing self-designed prescription in the treatment of hot poison accumulation type flat wart. Method： A total of 92 cases of verruca plana with heat toxin accumulation were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2017. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group， 46 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional treatment (external use of Tretinoin Ointment)， while the patients in the experimental group were treated by oral administration combined with external washing self-designed prescription， and the patients were followed up for 2 years. The patients in the two groups were compared in terms of clinical effect， disappearance time of skin lesions， satisfaction score of treatment and recurrence during follow-up. Result： After treatment， the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.65%， higher than 78.26% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of skin lesions in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group， and the satisfaction score of patients with treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). The total recurrence rate of the experimental group was 4.35%， which was significantly lower than 23.91% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： In the treatment of patients with flat wart with heat poison accumulation type， the self-designed prescription oral treatment combined with external wash treatment， can significantly improve the treatment effect， shorten the time of loss of skin， improve the satisfaction of patients with treatment， compared with the traditional treatment， has a lower recurrence rate， ideal effect.
