【摘要】 目的：探讨中医综合护理对肝胃气滞型胃脘痛的干预效果及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2018年7月-2019年6月本院收治的120例肝胃气滞型胃脘痛患者，将其根据就诊顺序进行分组，单序号为观察组，双序号为对照组，每组60例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医综合护理。比较两组的干预效果及干预前后的生活质量。结果：观察组干预总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，观察组生理功能、心理状态及社会关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，两组物质生活评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：中医综合护理能有效提高肝胃气滞型胃脘痛患者的干预效果，改善其生活质量，值得临床推广。
