布地奈德雾化吸入联合微波治疗仪辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果评估(1)
【摘要】 目的:研究布地奈德霧化吸入联合微波治疗仪辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法:选择2018年1-4月本院收治的120例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象。使用随机数字表法将患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用布地奈德雾化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用微波治疗仪进行患儿肺部局部照射,两组患儿均治疗7 d。比较两组肺炎症状积分、临床疗效、血清炎性因子和T细胞亚群水平,及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2、4、6、7 d后,两组肺炎症状积分均明显下降,且观察组肺炎症状积分均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,观察组治疗总有效率为88.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均明显下降,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显升高。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均明显低于对照组,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患儿均未发现明显不良反应。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入联合微波治疗仪辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎,通过改善患儿肺部血液灌注情况,降低血清炎症因子水平,提升免疫功能,达到良好治疗效果,安全性较好,值得在临床工作中进行推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of Budesonide atomization inhalation combined with microwave therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children. Method: A total of 120 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from January to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The children were randomly divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Budesonide atomization, the observation group was treated with microwave therapeutic apparatus for local lung irradiation on the basis of the control group, the children in both groups were treated for 7 days. The pneumonia symptom score, clinical efficacy, serum levels of inflammatory factors and T cell subsets, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result: After treatment for 2, 4, 6 and 7 days, the score of pneumonia symptom in both groups decreased significantly, and the score of pneumonia symptom in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 88.33% in the observation group, higher than 73.33% in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups were significantly decreased, and the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased. After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). During the treatment, no obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.
