increased the expression of HOXB8, with statistically significant differences compared with the negative control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: HPV18 may down-regulate the expression of miR-24-3p through DNA methylation and histone methylation, leading to increased HOXB8 expression, and then promote the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
