保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶对宫颈HPV感染患者HPV转阴率及免疫功能的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶对宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者HPV转阴率及免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2017年5月-2019年7月就诊于本院的84例宫颈HPV感染患者，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组，各42例。对照组行重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗，试验组在对照组基础上联合保妇康栓治疗。比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能、炎症反应及治疗安全性。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为95.24%高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD8+比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，试验组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均高于对照组，而转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈HPV感染患者可提高HPV转阴率，减轻炎症反应，增强免疫功能，安全性较高。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Baofukang Suppositane combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel on HPV negative conversion rate and immune function in patients with cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Method： A total of 84 patients with cervical HPV infection visited in our hospital from May 2017 to July 2019 were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method， with 42 patients in each group. The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel， and the experimental group was treated with Baofukang Suppositane on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy， immune function， inflammatory response and treatment safety of the two groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.24% higher than 80.95% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment， there was no significant difference in CD8+ between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment， CD4+， CD4+/CD8+， and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group， while transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion： Baofukang Suppository combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel for cervical HPV infection patients can increase the negative rate of HPV， reduce inflammation， enhance immune function， and have higher safety.
