综合性三甲医院门诊护士工作压力源和心理弹性调查研究(1)
【摘要】 目的:调查综合性三甲医院门诊护士的主要工作压力源和心理弹性。方法:使用中国护士压力源量表和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC),对南昌市4所综合性三甲医院207名门诊护士进行问卷调查,分析门诊护士主要工作压力源与心理弹性。结果:207名门診护士的压力源总均分为(2.62±0.30)分,其中管理及人际关系方面平均分最低,而护理专业及工作方面平均分最高。护理专业及工作方面的“护理工作的社会地位太低”“继续深造的机会太少”平均分排在前2名,第3名为工作环境及资源方面的“候诊区拥挤”。207名门诊护士的心理弹性量表总均分为(2.41±0.42)分,其中自强平均分最高。自强维度的“无论结果怎样,我都会尽自己最大努力”“应对压力使我感到有力量”平均分排在前2名,第3名为坚韧维度的“我认为自己是个坚强有力的人”。结论:门诊护士主要压力源为护理专业及工作方面,护理管理者应关心门诊护士工作和生活,积极探索有效方法措施来提高门诊护士的心理弹性和心理健康水平,稳定护理队伍,保证良好的护理质量。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the main job stressors and psychological resilience of out-patient nurses in general hospital graded 3A. Method: A total of 207 out-patient nurses in 4 general hospital graded 3A in Nanchang were investigated questionnaire by the Chinese nurses stressor scale and Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC), and the main job stressors and psychological resilience of the out-patient nurses were analyzed. Result: The total average score of pressure sources in 207 out-patient nurses was (2.62±0.30) scores. The average score of management and interpersonal relationship was the lowest, while that of nursing profession and work was the highest. In terms of nursing profession and work, “the social status of nursing work too low” and “the opportunity for further education too few” ranked top 2 on average score. The third was “crowded waiting area” in terms of working environment and resources. The total average score of psychological resilience scale of 207 out-patient nurses was (2.41±0.42) scores, and the average score of self-improvement was the highest. “No matter what the result is, I will try my best” and “coping with pressure makes me feel strong” in the dimension of self-improvement ranked top 2 on average score, and the third was “I think I am a strong and powerful person” in the dimension of tenacity. Conclusion: The main source of pressure for out-patient nurses is nursing profession and work. Nursing managers should care about the work and life of out-patient nurses, and actively explore effective methods and measures to improve their psychological resilience and psychological health level, stabilize nursing team and ensure good nursing quality.
