    【摘要】 目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠、西替利嗪、布地奈德联合应用治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果及对肺功能、安全性的影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院收治的儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组进行布地奈德常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠与西替利嗪治疗。比较两组疗效，治疗前后的肺功能及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%高于对照组的77.50%(P0.05)。结论：孟鲁司特钠、西替利嗪、布地奈德联合应用治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果较好，能有效改善患儿肺功能，且安全性较好，值得推广应用。
