    【摘要】 慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis，CP)是以尿路刺激症状和/或盆腔疼痛症状为主要临床表现，或伴有精神心理症状的一类临床综合征，是泌尿男科的常见病、多发病。CP因发病机制尚不明确，可能是感染、炎症、盆底神经肌肉活动异常、免疫、心理、神经内分泌异常等。西医缺乏特效治疗方法，而中医药治疗CP独具优势，并积累了丰富的临床经验，疗效确切，不良反应少，具有广阔的发展前景。

    [Abstract] Chronic prostatitis (CP) is a kind of clinical syndrome with urinary abnormality and (or) pelvic pain symptoms as the main clinical manifestations， or accompanied by mental and psychological symptoms. It is a common disease in urology. The etiology and pathogenesis of CP are still not clear， which may be related to infection， inflammation， abnormality of pelvic floor neuromuscular activity， immunity， psychology， neuroendocrine abnormality， etc. Western medicine is lack of specific treatment methods， while Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has its own advantages in the treatment of CP， and has accumulated rich clinical experience， with definite curative effect and few adverse reactions， which has a broad prospect of development.
