    【摘要】 膝骨性关节炎是常见的骨性关节炎慢性疾病，好发于中老年群体。近年来，针灸在膝骨性关节炎治疗上取得了较好的成效。特色针灸疗法是在传统针灸学基础上，结合现代医学发展和多年临床经验总结而成，临床应用上多以针刺为主，相比传统针灸针刺疗法有更显著的疗效。温针灸是将针刺与艾灸相结合的传统针灸治疗方式，在疗效上相比普通针刺更好。而将特色针灸疗法以温针灸方式进行治疗，能进一步提升治疗效果。本文将近年各种特色针灸疗法以温针灸方式治疗膝骨性关节炎的文章进行综述，为相关疾病提供更多治疗思路。
