    【摘要】 鼻腔黏膜损伤常见的主要因素包括有功能性鼻内镜手术、鼻腔炎症感染、创伤及放化疗等。其中功能性鼻内镜手术后术腔黏膜的损伤恢复情况对患者手术成功率及术后复发至关重要。因此，本文重点讨论功能性鼻内镜术后并发症、鼻腔黏膜创面愈合特点及现有各种促进术腔黏膜修复的治疗方案，为临床鼻内镜术后治疗提供参考。

    [Abstract] The main factors of nasal mucosal injury include functional endoscopic sinus surgery， nasal inflammation， infection， trauma， radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Among them， the recovery of the intraoperative mucosa after functional endoscopic surgery is very important for the success rate of surgery and postoperative recurrence. Therefore， this paper focuses on the complications after the operation of functional nasal endoscopy， the healing characteristics of nasal mucosa wounds， and various existing treatment schemes to promote the repair of surgical cavity mucosa， so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment after nasal endoscopy.
