    【摘要】 目的：探討膝关节镜下微骨折处理与去神经化联合应用治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法：选择2019年6-12月本院收治的90例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象。依照红蓝球随机法将患者分为对照组与研究组，每组45例。对照组采用膝关节镜下关节清理微骨折技术治疗，研究组采用膝关节镜下微骨折处理联合去神经化治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：术前，两组患者的血清IL-6、CRP指标水平比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6 d，研究组的血清IL-6、CRP指标水平均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组术后3、6个月的Lysholm评分均高于对照组(P0.05)， 6 d after operation， serum IL-6 and CRP levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P0.05); the Lysholm scores of the study group at 3 and 6 months after operation were higher than those of the control group (P0.05) ......
